Why Mindfulness is a superpower

In the aftermath of the COVID-19 Pandemic, more and more people are suffering from mental health difficulties such as anxiety and depression. Is there anything we can do for ourselves to help? This session will be led by Sandra Harper who has been an ADI for 18 years and has been integrating Mindfulness into driver training with great effect. Sandra has been running successful mindfulness sessions via Zoom during lockdown.
