You will need to have comprehensive knowledge of publications such as the Highway Code and Driving the Essential Skills. You will also find a lot of information on the GOV.UK website.
The Motor Car – Mechanical Principles is also a helpful read for further mechanical knowledge and is available via DIA Shop. Alternatively you can research online.
