FAQ

Below are some of the frequently asked questions for the DIA Academy, if you cannot find the answer to the issue you are having here then please do not hesitate to contact us via [email protected]

If you are using your driving.org login details unfortunately these will not work on the DIA Academy as it is a different website, you will need to register on the Academy website to be able to access all the resources.
On the Academy homepage click on ‘My account/Register’ and you can register on the right hand side. As soon as you have registered your account will be live.
As soon as you have bought or enrolled on a course it will be available straight away and you can access it by clicking on ‘My online courses’. You will be able to see your progress in each course and any certificates you have gained will be available here as well.
If you cannot see some or all of the course content, it will more than likely be an issue with the web browser you are using. Try clearing your history and cookies in the settings, if this doesnt work then try a different web browser, we would recommend using Google Chrome. If there is still an issue email with your username and the course and we will look into it for you.
If you are having trouble downloading resources from a course just email [email protected] with the course name, lesson or topic and the resource and we will email it directly to you.
On the Academy website click on the webinar you are interested in and register your details, an email will then be sent to the email you used confirming this. Save this email as on the day of the webinar you will need to go back to this email and click on the link to join the session. We also stream most of our webinars live on our Facebook page, log into Facebook and navigate to the Driving Instructors Association page and you will see the webinar playing at the top of the feed.
All webinars are recorded and available in the webinar section on the Academy website. It may take a day or two to edit and upload new webinars so they will not appear on the website as soon as they have finished.
Once logged in, go to ‘My account’ and then click on ‘Account details’ and then you will be able to enter a new password.
